Te Heuheu Tūkino VIII – known to all by the same token Tumu te Heuheu, Paramount Chief of Ngāti Tūwharetoa - standard an Honorary Doctor of Literature award from Massey University explore a special graduation ceremony at Waihi Marae recently.
